Please be aware that changes to our support model are being implemented as a result of distance learning. This form can be used to seek technical support for an active session that you are performing off campus. Just select "Distance-Learning Support" for the category and "REMOTE" from the location drop down. However, in order for IT customer-care representatives to reach you they will need contact information. This form is dedicated to Smart Room request for support by Faculty only. If you are not a faculty member in an active session with students needing support from IT for audio visual equipment please use YConnect for contacting IT otherwise. This is an internal special page reserved for a very specific requirement. Any submission outside of this requirement will be returned.
