Senate

The CUNY York College Senate is the College’s primary shared governance body, bringing together faculty, students, and administrators to shape academic and institutional policy. The Senate serves as a forum for collaboration and deliberation on matters affecting curriculum, academic standards, campus governance, and the overall educational mission of York College.

Schedule

All Senate meetings are open to the public and will be held on the last Tuesday of each month from 12:15 to 2 p.m. in 3D01, except holidays and university breaks.

All major event spaces, including the Atrium, FDR, 2M04, 2M05, and 3D01, will be reserved from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
