York College Information Technology Service wants to remind you of a variety of ways to get IT services that can be accessed from an off-campus connection. The following applications and services are provided to Faculty/Staff across The City University of New York. CUNY’s centralized technology services are a robust 24/7 managed network.

The York College Office of Technology Services is seeking your assistance in better understanding the student experience as it relates to campus-based technology and IT services. We seek your input to better plan for improvements to the student technology experience, both in and out of the classroom.

Units

App Support and IT Admin
Information Technology’s Applications Support Unit is to analyze, implement, automate, train, educate, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot IT 3rd-party applications that support faculty, staff, and students.

Infrastructure
The Information Technology Infrastructure office provides reliable, continuous, secure storage and computing facilities to support students, faculty and staff while maintaining uninterrupted network and voice connectivity service.

Service Delivery
We support technology end-user computing incidents, requests, and inquiries for the entire York campus community of students, faculty, and staff.

Web Systems
York College Web Systems Unit develop and maintain a state-of-the-art web content and application platform to support of the College’s communications plan, improve operational efficiency, and to promote awareness and engagement throughout the college community.
