Pre-service teaches traveled to Cleveland

On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, through Friday, March 15, 2024, three NYC Men Teach pre-service teachers from York College traveled to Cleveland, Ohio to attend the SHAPE America National Convention. As one of the leading events for health and physical educators, the convention provided a plethora of information on cutting-edge practices, innovative teaching methodologies, and the latest research in health and physical education. Our team members participated in workshops, interactive sessions, and engaging discussions led by industry experts. They left the convention with a newfound sense of inspiration and motivation to enhance their teaching practices and positively impact the lives of future students.
