Use this to access call forwarding features remotely

Call forwarding while off campus

You can forward your calls while off campus by signing into the systems self care portal.

1.          While off campus be sure you first login your VPN client. (If you don’t have a vpn client go                here and follow instructions for Global Protect: MyVPN)

2.          After successful connection of your VPN go to the following link:

                                          MyPhoneSelfCarePortal

•    When prompted use your York network credentials to login
•    When the self care portal comes up go to the call forwarding tab
•    Click on the box and select call forwarding then enter the number to forward calls to
•    Put the 9 and 1 and then the number with area code no spaces no dashes and save

All done
