The York College student email system is a web-based service powered and hosted by Microsoft Office 365 for Undergraduate, Graduate and Non-Degree students who registered with our campus
Microsoft Office 365 is a collaboration between Microsoft and CUNY to provide our students with a feature-rich set of tools that take advantage of Microsoft's cloud-based product offerings such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint all Online. Additional features are available like shared calendar, address book and cloud storage (called OneDrive) with more tools for collaboration being added.

In an effort to comply with Microsoft’s complex password for Office 365, York College has implemented a change to the default password for the student network and email accounts.
Default Password (Case Sensitive): Yc + MMYYYY of Your Date of Birth + LAST 4 of SSN (eg. Yc1219985400)
