How to Reconfigure Your Site Definition File

We need to make some changes to the site definitions file in Dreamweaver to enable SFTP so that we can connect to the place our pages live on the web server.

First, you need to configure your local setup. From the Site, menu selects Manage Sites. Click the advanced tab, the wizard is useless for us.

Next, we'll configure our remote connection settings. Click the image to see that we need to check the SFTP box below our password.

Specify your file path as:
/home/<username>/public_html
