The York College IT Support Call Center
Request for accounts which provide computer access to network resources and email is sourced via authorized onboarding processing departments. Below are details on how this works and who you need to contact if you have this need.
Standard IT services can be requested via contact to our Call Center at Ext. 5311 while on campus or 718-262-5311 off campus. You can also request standard IT services by using our IT Service Desk Self Service Portal for all Students, Faculty and Staff only.
These Walk-Up services are available during normal Library business hours at the IT Service Desk Library location on the third floor of the Academic Core room AC-3G01.
