Financial Aid (FAFSA and TAP) Application Online Workshop Information

York College offers in-person FAFSA and TAP filing workshops to assist students with completing their applications.

Workshop Schedule

Tuesdays & Thursdays
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Across from the Welcome Center (behind the Security booth)
Workshops are not held on public holidays.

No appointment is required. Students are assisted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The final federal deadline to submit the 2025–2026 FAFSA is June 30, 2026.
• Filing late may result in the loss of financial aid eligibility for Fall and Spring. (May 22, 2026, is the deadline for York College Fall/Spring enrolled students to have a valid (non-rejected) SAI on the 2025–2026 FAFSA to be considered for federal aid.)

What to Bring

To complete your FAFSA and TAP application, you will need:

• Your Social Security Number
• Your Alien Registration Number (if you are not a U.S. citizen)
• Your 2023 federal and state income tax returns
• Your 2023 W-2 forms and other records of income
• Bank statements and investment records (if applicable)
• Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
• Your FSA ID (to sign electronically)

If you are a dependent student, you will also need most of the above information for your parent(s).
