I would highly recommend therapy sessions at the Counseling Center to anyone. I worked with an amazing therapist who listens to her clients and offer great advice. Before signing up for therapy sessions, I was a bit hesitant due to the fear of being judged or being vulnerable, but I quickly overcame those feelings because of my therapist’s personality. I have achieved my goals by receiving a listening ear and great advice overall; I truly appreciate these services and all the best to my therapist and the Center.
