As a senior college of the City University of New York (CUNY), York College offers graduate degrees in Aviation, Clinical Trial Management, Physician Assistant, Pharmaceutical Science and Business, Social Work, and coming Fall 2023 a new Master’s of Science in Nursing Education (MSN) program.
Freshmen are students who have never attended college. Even if you have taken college courses during high school, you are still considered a freshman.

Transfer students are students who have previously studied at other post-secondary institutions.Admission to York College is based on the strength of your post-secondary record(s). Your high school/secondary school record will be considered if you have completed fewer than 30 college credits.
