Our Mission

Supporting Students Through Learning, Research, and Collaboration.

The Undergraduate Computing Research Center (UCRC) at York College provides students with a welcoming environment to study, collaborate, strengthen technical skills, explore research opportunities, and work on academic and personal projects in computing fields such as AI, cybersecurity, software development, data science, machine learning, web applications, and emerging technologies.

Peer Support

Provides peer tutoring, collaborative workspace, and academic support for programming, computer science coursework, and student projects.

Learning Resources

Offers access to software, and programming tools that help students strengthen technical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Open Lab Environment

Provides open lab hours for students to study, conduct research, complete assignments, and collaborate on projects in a comfortable environment.
