Goals

1. Expand participation among underrepresented and economically disadvantaged students in STEM and health‑related disciplines.
2. Increase the number of students pursuing careers that require professional licensure, such as Accounting or Aviation.
3. Strengthen student achievement, retention, and graduation through comprehensive counseling, tutoring, and academic support services.
4. Offer meaningful hands‑on research opportunities and targeted professional development workshops.
5. Equip students with the preparation needed for graduate studies and future career pathways.
