External Clients Reservations

External Clients are those who are not employees of the college and or conducting an event where York College is not in charge of the event where the faculty, staff or students do not directly benefit from the activity.

This form should be completed and returned at least thirty (30) business days prior to the scheduled event for consideration. Thank you. 

Request For Use Of College Facilities

 

Please note this form is similar to Athletics request form, either form can be used. 

Certificate of Insurance or Letter of Indemnity is required for all external customers.
