Our monthly film series continues with a film by Corine Huq entitled "Rights & Wrongs: The Story of Women In Islam". The film examines how the Qu'ran has been interpreted with respect to the treatment of women.  It also protrays attitudes towards domestic violence while debunking myths about women in Islam.

Come to the film screening and round table discussion about how feminism works within Islam in the modern era.

Refreshments will be provided.
