Announcing Flexible Spending Accounts Open Enrollment - Sept. 19, 2016 - Oct. 31, 2016

Dear Colleagues,

The Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Open Enrollment is from September 19, 2016 - October 31, 2016 with an effective date of January 1, 2017 for the following programs:

  • Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Dependent Care Assistance Program (DeCAP)
  • Medical Spending Conversion (MSC) Health Benefits Buy-Out Waiver Program
  • Medical Spending Conversion (MSC) Premium Conversion Program 

The 2017 FSA Program Brochure and forms

Current 2016 participants of the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account and the Dependent Care Assistance Program (HCFSA & DeCAP) will receive a 2017 re-enrollment packet mailed to their address on file the week of September 26, 2016. Please mail the completed enrollment forms directly to the address below.

Please note that MSC Health Benefits Buy-Out Waiver Program for 2017 incentive payment has changed to:

  • $500 for Waiving Individual coverage
  • $1,000 for Waiving Family coverage

The Buy-Out Waiver Program enrollment is automatic for current and active participants. If participants would like to withdraw from the MSC Health Benefits Buy-Out Waiver Program, the participants must complete the 2017 MSC Enrollment/Change Form. The completed enrollment form must be submitted to Human Resources for processing.

Please note that although we are unable to accommodate walk-in service at this time, we are prepared to serve your needs via phone, and by appointment via ZOOM and in-person.

  • If you were newly hired during the time of full remote work, you will be required to present your identification documents in person in order to maintain employment. We will be in contact to schedule a time to do so;
  • Onboarding for all new hires will be by appointment. The appropriate HR team member will be in touch to schedule;
  • Documents can still be uploaded to our Secure Document Portal (recommended).
