The Teaching for Integrity series is an initiative of the academic integrity program to foster a college-wide discussion of best practices in teaching and learning with integrity.

Part of the Teaching for Integrity series, in this discussion with hands-on examples, Emily Verla Bovino, PhD, from Performing and Fine Arts and Casandra Silva Sibilin from History, Philosophy, and Anthropology will share creative ways of integrating generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) into class activities and assignments to promote critical awareness of technology use, encourage discussions about ethics and integrity, and provide an introductory understanding of the way machine learning models work. We will work with Stable Diffusion, Midjourney and ChatGPT, and the session will include time for brainstorming approaches for the different disciplines of participating colleagues.

This session is co-sponsored by the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Educational Technologies.
