Let's access the system. And how we're going
to do that is type in the web address.

So we're going to go up to the address bar and

So this is the main page for CUNYFirst and how
you would log in.

So we're going to log in as if we're a first
time user to activate our CUNYFirst account.

Okay, so we went to the main page and we
clicked the red first time users

link. And now we're going to start the process
of activating our account. And here you can see that,

never used the system before, you have to go through this process.

So we're going to use a training process and
we're going to use a person named Max Fox and show you how

to activate your account. So the first step is
this is information you know.

You put your first, last name, date of birth
and social. So we're going to start that.

First name here is going to be Matt. So we're
going to type that in.

Last name Fox. Date of birth. And as you can
see, you have to put the slashes.

digits of the social.

Press OK. And then we're going to do the
challenge answer questions.

And there are five questions. Each one can't
be the same.

And then make sure there are questions that
you know the answers for.

We're going to hit OK. Now here is where we
have to put our passwords.

And let me just briefly go through the policy
of the password.

So it has to be at least eight characters
long. One uppercase letter and one numeric character.

Your password expires every 90 days. So make
sure it's something that you can remember.

And after, I guess, 85 days, you're going to
get an email saying that you need to change

your password. So we're going to create a
password here. And so we're going to put training ampersand

eight. And then we're just going to confirm it
and press OK. Now what I need to tell you is that if

you get an error and it says password, it's
going to be a big red error sentence.

And if it says password, that means that you
didn't meet the policy. So you have to go back and create

that means that you timed out.

And the activation process does have a timeout

So if you timed out, you have to start the

Meaning that you have to go to that main page,
type in that web address, go to the main page,

Once you've gotten to this page, you take that
