Tom Moore, a broadcast journalist with thirty years of experience, worked as an on-air reporter, anchor and producer at Bloomberg Radio & TV in New York, covering general news and business stories. He was part of the staff that launched the broadcast news operation at Bloomberg. Moore also worked at The MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour on PBS and was part of the Decision ’88 team at NBC News. He studied at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism where he earned his Master’s. Moore reported for the New York Times and WBAI-Pacifica Radio and he worked as a news writer at CBS News Radio. Moore wrote an essay in a Columbia Journalism collection of alumni stories about the digital news world. He helped edit that collection titled, ''Ink Stains, Stories From 20 Years of Journalism and Life." He's an editor of the Park Slope Food Coop Gazette in Brooklyn, where he's lived for 25 years. Most recently he's done a series of reports for NPR's Baltimore affiliate, WYPR.
