Professor Stephanie Store began her career in 1999. Professor Store has experience in leadership and became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2010 serving patients within the community. Professor Store began her career in Academia as an Adjunct at York College in 2013. She received the Most Distinguished Adjunct Award from York College in 2016. Her passion for teaching, service, and scholarship developed, and she decided to pursue her doctorate and also transitioned into full-time faculty in 2018 as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at York College CUNY. Since joining the faculty full time, Professor Store the recipient of the Professional Staff Congress - City University of New York Traditional A grant. Professor Store has participated in courses to enhance teaching strategies and success as a new faculty. Professor store has participated in several profession presentations of her research and service to her department and the college.
