Professor Bratton-Robinson began her instructional journey with the City University of New York (CUNY), York College in the Fall 2019 academic semester. Prior to transitioning from the clinical arena, she has held various positions as a Registered Professional Nurse providing optimal care and respect to patients struggling with psychiatric disorders and mental health issues. Professor Bratton-Robinson has dedicated herself to patients, communities, and families by providing continued care, emotional support, and education on mental health wellness. She obtained a Master of Nursing Science degree with a specialty in Nursing Education from Chamberlain College of Nursing and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree with a focus in Nursing Leadership. Her research interests include early intervention to prevent mental illness stigma in Registered Professional Nurses, tools to prevent nurse burnout, and the impact of Covid-19 on marginalized populations.
