Dr. Ennaji Benhammou is an entrepreneur and educator whose career spans over three decades of leadership in finance, academia, insurance, and energy innovation. With a foundation in business administration and human resources from York College, Ennaji pursued advanced studies with a Master of Science from CUNY School of Professional Studies, a Certificate in Financial Analysis from NYU SPS, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on entrepreneurship from University of Maryland. Professionally, Ennaji has amassed 17 years of experience in business management, including a distinguished 14-year tenure at Citibank as Market Manager for Small Business Banking, followed by three impactful years with Chase Bank in business banking. Parallel to this corporate leadership, Dr. Benhammou has served for a decade as an adjunct faculty member, bringing real-world insight into the classroom and mentoring the next generation of business professionals. Ennaji’s entrepreneurial spirit extends into the insurance sector, where he spent seven years as Principal in property and casualty insurance, and into the realm of energy innovation as Principal Investigator at Kin-Tech Energy Inc., leading research and development in kinetic energy systems for the past four years. This multidisciplinary journey reflects Dr. Ennaji Benhamou’s commitment to strategic impact, technical excellence, and educational engagement—bridging sectors to drive sustainable growth and inspire transformative change.
