The column is about instructional design with the ICE approach in academic libraries: A framework that integrates assessment, learning, and teaching

According to Prof. Diao, "the library is not only the heart of an academic institution but also an extension of classrooms. How can library faculty and teaching faculty contribute to students’ learning and success through a joint effort? What is assessment as learning? In this column writing, Prof. Diao theoretically introduced the framework Ideas-Connections-Extensions, which is initially articulated by Robert Wilson, Professor of Educational Psychology at Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada, into the collaborative instruction setting between library faculty and teaching faculty.
