High School Students Visit York and Make a Commitment

The SEEK Program at York College recently hosted Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation for the day on campus. This was an effort to support high school senior students complete their FAFSA, TAP, and CUNY applications, receive instant admissions decisions, meet with a SEEK counselor to be advised, enroll for the Fall 2024 semester and, last but not least, explore York College through a campus tour. 

The high schools represented included Academy of Innovative Technology, High School for Civil Rights, Multicultural HS, Performing Arts and Technology High School, and Urban Assembly School for Collaborative Healthcare.

There were six students who committed to York College following the campus tour. We look forward to having them join us in the Fall!

On Saturday, May 18, we will welcome high school students and their parents for FAFSA Completion Assistance at York College, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Academic Core Building, 94-20 Guy R. Brewer Blvd., Jamaica, Queens.
