Alumni Make the Cut on CUNY's '50 Under 50' Annual List

The City University of New York (CUNY), following in the mold of New York’s political bible, "City and State," has released its second annual "50 Under 50" list featuring CUNY alumni.

A release from the CUNY Communications Office, quotes Chancellor Félix V. Matos Rodríguez saying, “’There is no better proof of the power of a CUNY education than seeing firsthand the impact our alumni are making in their industries and their communities.’” York is proud to concur that its graduates fit the larger CUNY mold with alumni success.

And the alumni are: Rachelle Antoine, a BSW graduate from York’s Class of 2018, and is currently manager of External Affairs and Community Outreach for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey; and Jeffrey Ampratwum, and “a celebrity stylist and fashion director in New York City. He is a Biology major of the York College Class of 2019.

Ms. Antoine, is featured along with four other CUNY graduates on the cover of the CUNY digital publication. Additionally, York Adjunct Professor Thinh Vu of York’s Department of Health and Human Performance, also made the list as an alum of the CUNY School of Public Health.

Congratulations to all the CUNY superstars, and especially the two York College alums!
