Mission

The Division of Enrollment and Retention Management serves as the central hub for driving York College’s recruitment, enrollment, and student success strategies. We are dedicated to attracting and retaining passionate, engaged learners who reflect the diversity and vibrancy of our community. Through comprehensive support in academic advisement, admissions, financial aid, first-year experience, registrar, scholarship, testing and welcome center, we guide students seamlessly from their first point of contact through the critical milestones of pre-enrollment, registration, and persistence—culminating in graduation. By aligning resources, services, and data-informed practices, we ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive academically, personally, and professionally at York College.
