Managing rigorous schedules with school, work, and the internship life can sometimes create a sense of feeling overwhelmed, anxious or depressed.

Student Mental Health Group

This event, hosted by two NASW-NYC CARES Member Ambassadors of the 2021-2022 academic year, aims to create an accountable space where students of social work can gather to share their experiences, discuss coping skills that they have used that were helpful, and hold space for one another.
