Accelerate, Complete, Engage (ACE) Program eligibility criteria and majors.


You may be eligible for ACE if you answer YES to the following questions:

  • Are you an incoming freshman or transfer student with an associate degree from any institution (CUNY or other)?
  • Are you a New York State resident and/or eligible for in-state tuition?
  • Plan to declare one of the majors below?
  • Completed the FAFSA using York College Code 004759 and the New York State Tuition Assistance Program application (TAP) using college code 1418?
    • Students under the New York Dream Act may be eligible to receive state aid, including TAP, Excelsior, and other state-administered scholarships. Visit the DREAM Act website for eligibility and to apply.

(*Students not receiving financial aid due to immigration status may join ACE but will not receive a tuition gap scholarship.)

Note: Students cannot participate in ACE and SEEK.  New transfer students who are confirmed to participate in SEEK are not eligible to apply to ACE.
