Communications Technology

Communications Technology

The York College Communications Technology major is an interdisciplinary program bringing together television, web, information systems, computer science, and design. The program offers three main concentrations: digital video, computer graphics, and systems & applications. Our majors are prepared for career opportunities in a variety of production environments.

The Fine Arts program offers majors in Studio Art and Art History, as well as a minor in Studio Art.

Music Program

Music Program

The Music Program at York College offers a music major as part of a Bachelor of Music (BMus), as well as the Minor in Music Performance and the Minor in Music Production, with courses in music performance, theory, history, ethnomusicology, and music production as part of a curriculum where students explore the multifaceted world of music across a variety of genres and styles.
