Vice President for Finance and Administration/Chief Financial Officer

Dear York College Community, 

I know that the College’s financial health remains first and foremost in our minds. York College is actively working on reducing its deficit, focusing on careful spending and identifying ways to improve investment returns.  

I am pleased to welcome Eduardo Rios to York as Vice President for Finance and Administration/Chief Financial Officer. He is a seasoned administrator who has deep experience in CUNY managing administration and facility matters. I am confident he will be an asset to the College, working with the Personnel & Budget Committee, Senate and many other stakeholders as a partner in this work to improve our operations, outcomes, facilities and financial health. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Claudio Lindow for his leadership as interim since July 2023. He will return to his role as Assistant Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
