Submit a transcript request to a CUNY college and/or the University Application Processing Center (UAPC)

Official Transcript Requests
To obtain an Official York College Transcript you may make a request in person at the Office of Registrar in room 1H06, or you may submit a request by mail. There is a $7.00 fee, per transcript, for all transcript requests to non-CUNY institutions. Transcript requests to CUNY institutions, and the University Application Processing Center (UAPC) are free.
All requests made by mail should include:
- Student Name
- Social Security Number
- Start Attendance Date
- Last Attendance Date
NAME and ADDRESS FOR EACH business or institution to receive a transcript.
CHECK or MONEY ORDER, $7.00 per transcript, for all transcripts going to non-CUNY institutions.
There is a twenty-day (20) holding period for all personal checks.
Transcript requests paid by personal check will not be mailed until after
the 20 day holding period. Official transcripts will not be mailed to
students unless written instructions from the requesting institution
are included with request. Transcripts will not be released if there
is a financial block on your record.
