Game Theory is a growing branch of both mathematics and such other fields as economics, operations research, political science and business. Not only are there important game theory journals which mention game theory in the their titles but there are also other journals which have a significant number of game theory articles. These include journals in the area of social choice, political science, economics, operations research and business. This list while not complete is designed to point interested readers to the wide areas of places that modern game theory is being studied and expanded. In some cases these journals are published by professional societies with ties to Game Theory and when this is so I have indicated these ties. Also, a few of the journals publish many articles in areas where fairness and equity issues commonly come up, and many of the people who are game theorists also have interests in these fairness models.
