The York SAVES Domestic Advocacy Training is geared towards providing understanding and support to diverse communities by teaching people to:

• Understand red flags and abusive tactics through the cycle of abuse
• Access and gain perspectives of the legal pathways available
• Learn how to be an active listener through trauma-informed communication

To receive your certificate of completion, you must complete the training and any added outreach activities.
