Dr. Lilly Mathew is a practicing Registered Professional Nurse in the state of New York. She holds a Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate degree in Nursing, specializing in Nursing Education. Her primary research focuses on vulnerable populations and health disparities. She seeks to address cultural competence of health professionals through education using effective tools incorporating technology. She has an extensive teaching experience in academic and clinical settings with a special interest in simulations as an active learning pedagogy. She is also actively engaged in Clinical Research which focuses on improving patient outcomes in acute care settings.
