Dr. Guadalupe earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from the CUNY Graduate Center in 2018. Her primary area of interest is Organizational Behavioral Management (OBM) which focuses on the application of behavior analytic strategies like reinforcement and performance feedback to change behaviors in work settings. Specifically, she has conducted research to examine the effects of performance feedback to modify task accuracy and speed. Since 2012 Dr. Guadalupe has taught a variety of courses including Introductory Psychology, Experimental Psychology, and Organizational Psychology.
