March is Social Work month and the National Association of Social Workers is commemorating the month with a "Social Work Stand Up" campaign. On March 7, 2017, 35 members of the York College Social Work Club, Social Work Empowering & Encouraging Together (S.W.E.E.T.), along with Faculty Advisor, Dr. Selena T. Rodgers, traveled to Albany, New York for Social Work Legislative Day.

The Library is pleased to announce that Kanopy, an online video streaming service, has been added to the collection.

The New Jim Crow
A new exhibit in the Library in conjunction with the York College Common Reader Program invites individuals to respond to this year’s common reader book, Michele Alexander’s The New Jim Crow, and post comments on a wall in the Library.
