Writing Center Seeks Tutors

The York College Writing Center is seeking a few well-qualified students to serve as Writing Consultants.

Writing consultants provide peer tutoring services to help their fellow students with their writing.

This part-time paid position is excellent training for work in educational fields.

Qualifications include good grades in writing courses (minimum B; A preferred), combined with good people skills. Students in ALL majors are eligible.

Note that this also requires a writing sample.

Applications will continue to be accepted continuously, but for best chance at Fall 2015 employment please submit by October 15.
