SGA Elections Notice

We are encouraging all students to run as a candidate in the Student Government Association (SGA) Election, which will be held April 16-18, 2019.

All students are asked to consider running for either a Departmental Senator or a Senator-at-Large seat on the SGA for the 2019-20 academic year. In addition, we also urge all faculty and staff members to spread the word and encourage all eligible students to run for office and participate in the electoral process.  

To participate in the SGA Election, students interested must attend at least one of the following Mandatory Candidates Meetings:

  • Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 12:00pm - 1:50pm – Room 2A06
  • Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 5:00pm - 5:50pm – Room 2A03
  • Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 12:00pm - 1:50pm – Room 2A06
  • Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 5:00pm - 5:50pm – Room 2A03
