The Service Desk is operating with fewer personnel and therefore has reduced capacity to provide coverage to our normal areas around campus.

Service Desk - Support Notice 9-11-14

Please use the YConnect system to report any non-emergency technical requests. To Access YConnect for reporting technical support needs please go to the following link: http://york-sd/helpdesk or you can go right from the York web page and use the "Login" drop down and select "Service Desk". You will be prompted for either "Faculty/Staff" or "Student" access. If you are logged into the computer already the system will automatically come up. Go to the "Requests" tab and click on "New". Pick "Technical" for category and fill in a brief description and submit.

For off campus support login using VPN first then use the "Login" drop down path above.
