INSIGHT creates a safe space for students to feel comfortable asking for help and guidance, no matter where they are in their academic journey. Through INSIGHT, I learned different techniques to develop confidence in my abilities, which improved my academic success, and positively extended into all other aspects of my life. I highly recommend INSIGHT to any student who struggles with issues like finding support, purpose, focus, motivation, confidence, or any other issue that may result in difficulties pursuing their academic and career goals. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. There are so many resources available at York to assist you in reaching all of your goals, and INSIGHT is a program I couldn’t recommend more. Thank you INSIGHT!
