Isaac Augustin, Sophomore, Class of 2025

I discovered that one of the main obstacles I faced was procrastination. Insight's guidance and support allowed me to overcome this. My mentor helped me develop a schedule to manage my study time, identify areas where I was wasting time, and pinpoint gaps in my schedule where I could fit in more studying. Our meetings were always fulfilling, and I never felt like a meeting was a waste. It served to not only improve my academic performance but also my overall confidence and sense of self-worth. I began to see that I was capable of more than I had thought and that I could achieve success with the right mindset...I am now working towards my goal of becoming a history professor and I am grateful for all that I have learned through my mentorship.
