What if the portal sends me a new password but I cannot find that e-mail?
If the portal says that an e-mail has been sent to you with the new password but you do not receive it, first call the portal help desk at 718.262.5300 to find out which of your email addresses is on the portal record. If it is a York College e-mail account and you do not know how to access it, ask the help desk staff for further assistance. If it is an e-mail account outside of York College, check the "Spam" folder. Some e-mail providers may mark e-mail from CUNY as spam.
