The Human Resources Information Team originates, processes and audits pay-related and sensitive data for the tax-levy employee population in the campus' systems of record.

The Manager of this unit is Shane Ayers. Shane supports the HRIS team, acts as a local system administrator for CUNYfirst, AEMS, PR-Assist, and HR-Assist, and curates employee-related data.
Lenny Olsson supports Adjunct employee lifecycles and appointment processes. Lenny is the primary point of contact for AEMS inquiries.
Marilyn Williams supports Classified employee lifecycles and appointment processes. Marilyn is one of the primary contacts for PR-Assist Inquiries.
Annie Jackson supports College Assistant lifecycles and appointment processes. Annie is one of the primary contacts for PR-Assist Inquiries.
Patricia Caceres supports analog data management.

Benefits and Payroll team
As the Manager of the Benefits & Payroll unit, Elgin Ford supports the team and oversees the administration of benefits, payroll, pension/retirement, time and leave, policy administration and procedural compliance.
As an Office Assistant, Mary Wigfall is the point of contact for employment verification, unemployment processing, and Transit benefits enrollment management.
Alisha R. Davis
As the Payroll and Time & Leave Coordinator, Alisha Davis is the primary contact person for HR-ASSIST, York College’s full-time leave management system. She reviews and audits employee leave records for accuracy and answers any questions employees may have about their payroll and time & Leave reports. She is also the point person to answer questions related to paycheck discrepancies and tax forms.
As the Benefits Specialist, Brigette Major coordinates health and pension enrollment management, provides information related to CUNY Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension benefits & enrollment, and oversees leave administration, retirement pre-counseling, workers compensation administration, and exit interview/counseling. She also helps coordinate the annual open enrollment period.

Employee relations seeks to create and maintain a positive and useful relationship with employees.
