Rationale for the Plan

The rationale for outcomes one and two on increasing the number of internship opportunities and placements is to align with the University's Career Success Initiative.

Measuring the number of sophomore and junior students that will have professional resumes is necessary because the Career Services wants to ensure that students are professionally prepared to obtain career opportunities.

Data Collection and Evaluation

The data will be collected throughout the semester for all three outcomes using Symplicity by Career Services.
