Data collection begins in July 2019 and ends on June 30, 2020. The team involved with the overall assessment process includes the director, program managers, instructors, case managers, and data staff. Each staff member plays a crucial role in assessment, from collecting, verifying, documenting, evaluating, analyzing, and interpreting data. The instructors and case managers collect and verify the data; the data staff document outcomes into the ASISTS database; the program managers evaluate, analyze, and interpret data for their immediate areas; the director evaluates, analyzes, and interprets data collectively for all the programs center-wide. York College Learning Center uses data driven decision making for continuous improvement.
