Rationale for the Plan

The Y-connect/sign-in sheet functionality was not fully operable during the 2018-2019. There was a time lapse between the training of staff, system going live, and creation a survey to analyze the goal last year. The goal was added back this year, because the Financial Aid staff want to better understand/gage the service being provided to our students and ways to improve.

To improve upon the verification accuracy which will help to ensure students receive their disbursement in accordance with the Disbursement Calendar.
