Rationale for the Plan

Implementing a system to measure work order time will allow the department to complete work orders in a timely order. The B&G; department will improve, maintain and operate the College's facilities to ensure the facility is compliant with all applicable government codes and regulations.

Data Collection and Evaluation

For the current academic year, the Buildings and Grounds staff will continuously work to provide the college community with a safe and accessible facility that is compliant with government codes and regulations. We will strive to make improvements to the college that creates a safe and healthy environment encouraging our faculty and student to excel. On a monthly basis, the Chief Administrative Superintendent will collect work order response time data. With this information, work order response time is measured. The department’s goal is to have the Engineers address all emergencies within one hour and routine work-order requests within one to four business days.
