Unit Mission

The Office of the Registrar is dedicated to supporting the College's vision to attract and graduate the best and most highly motivated students. We help to ensure student academic progress by maintaining the accuracy and integrity of student records while preserving their privacy.

Students will receive timely notification that their declaration of major/minor request was completed.

Rationale for the Plan

We choose this outcome since changes of major/minor needs to be processed and impacts National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) reporting, eligibility for financial aid and scholarships as applicable. Evaluation of transfer credits will be assessed for academic advisement.

Data Collection and Evaluation

The COAs, Assistant to the Registrar, Assistant Registrar, and CA will collect and analyze the data. The interpretation of the data will be conducted by the Registrar.
