This workshop explores how successful businesses operate, how a Balanced Scorecard strategy can help lay the groundwork for bidding, winning and successfully completing more projects. 

This workshop will have you analyze the current weak spots in your business and create a plan for improvement, examine your strategy map and have a plan of action in place.
