The CUNY Summer Undergraduate Research Program

The City University of New York's 2015 Summer Undergraduate Research Program (CSURP) invites applications from talented undergraduates interested in research careers in the sciences.

The ten-week program runs from June 1 – August 6, 2015, offers students limited housing, and includes a $4,000 stipend and three monthly mentro cards. All undergraduates completing their sophomore or junior year may apply. CUNY Community College students with at least 30 credits at the time of application are also encouraged to apply. The program offers a hands-on research experience and is open to students interested in five key research areas: environmental science, nanoscience, neuroscience, photonics, and structural biology. Successful applicants will be matched with a faculty mentor at one of CUNY's eleven senior colleges.
